Return & Exchange Policy
- We accept returns postmarked within 15 days of the delivery date. No restocking fees
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method or in the form of online credit. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.
- Returns must be received in new condition; unworn, unwashed, and with the hygienic liner intact. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to refusal.
- Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box and placed inside an additional box for shipping transit. Damage to the shoe box makes shoes ineligible for return. If received damaged, shoes will be shipped back and subject to additional shipping costs.
- Final Sale items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
- Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
- Original shipping is non-refundable.
Bella Neko uses UPS or the United States Postal Service for domestic and international delivery.
Every effort will be made to ensure your package is shipped within 3-5 business days after placing the order. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take a day to process your order. This is just an estimate, though, and doesn’t include weekends or holidays.
Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost and will receive priority with many being shipped the same day.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct.
Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. If there is issues with verifying your address, customer service will contact you to try and resolve these issues.
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If your order says delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office. We do not issue refund for packages that state being delivered.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
